The ultra-violet light from the sun’s rays heat up and break down the outermost layers of shingles, concrete, asphalt, and wood.
Our sealers are UV-resistant, meaning these rays cannot penetrate the surface to continue shortening their longevity.
Biological Growth
Surfaces exposed to the elements can often stay damp, creating a breeding ground for invading life. These not only look bad, they damage the the strength of your surfaces over time.
Since our NexaNano sealers waterproof your surfaces, these molds, mosses, and algae are starved at the source.
Freezing and Thawing
The freezing and thawing cycles of our exterior surfaces leads to expansion and contraction below the surface. In concrete, asphalt, brick, and other hard surfaces, this is what leads to checking and cracking over time.
If water can’t enter your surfaces, there are no extra substances to swell and shrink. This means your surfaces can exist the way they were meant to exist.
Erosion and Layer Loss
As your surfaces age and are used, you naturally lose particles over time. The longer this goes on, the more erosion and layer loss tends to snowball.

Once you decide to seal your surfaces, you schedule a treatment with the QR code on your quote.

We arrive, clean your surfaces if necessary, and begin to spray your surfaces. We are done in an average of 90 minutes, and our products are family, pet, and plant safe. You can smile because you’re protected and warrantied for years into the future.
